ghost always comes correct on his solos. i figured since his new album and the new wu album are dropping real close to each other, and since him and rae have both spoken out on the new wu album. i would post an advance copy of both the albums before they drop and we can all be the judge. who made the better album? wu tang - 8 diagrams www.megaupload.com/?d=1TPHQUL7ghostface killa - the big doe rehab www.megaupload.com/?d=EDJ9LCQV

keep it real my thoughts are this. ghosts shit was nice. and i liked hearing cappa on a joint again especially. although ghosts album was hot, it wasnt any more or less hot than i expect from him. so in a sense if hes competing with himself he coulda raised the bar.
the new wu however. i heard nothing but hate going into hearing this album. and i dont think its the "comeback" album that everyone wanted (i.e. 36 chambers all over again) im just happy to hear a group album again by these fuckers.
its a toss up. at least ghosts new album dont sound like more fish, but it also doesnt sound like supreme clientele. wu's album is definitely no wu tang forever, but it also isnt "the w".
by the way i got nickateenas new album too. its his first full proffesional studio release in a few years. im not gonna upload it though cause im greedy and i want to finish listening to the whole thing before anyone else!!!!

alright well i've had a chance to check out both albums. let me just say that a big part of what holds back this new Wu-Tang is the production. on most of the songs, i didn't like the beat, straight up. i would probably burn 4 songs from this album. the hottest track on the cd is Wolves and the best verse on the album is Meth's, also on Wolves.
the new Ghostface album, i would probably burn like 7 songs from it, so i guess that's the hotter album of the 2 since it has better replay value. i'm still iffy on the production with this one too. i saw the 2nd track features Beans and i got all excited until i heard the truly unlistenable beat, that shit was grade a crapola and i never even got to beanie's verse. the hottest song on this album is either We Celebrate or Paisley Darts (i agree about the Cappa verse by the way), and the hottest verse is the first verse on We Celebrate. also, that song Yapp City, the same sample was used on the new Canibus album and Bis sounded better on it than Ghost did so it gets a minus point there
